On April 30th Yonsei GSIS hosted a special lecture by Dr. Gabor Sebo on the evolution of North Korean film culture. He introduced how North Korean cinema has changed from the 1960s until the present time by analysing its evolution both in terms of themes and messages, as well as technical aspects. The lecture concluded with a lively Q&A session that gave GSIS students the opportunity to share their curiosity about the relatively less known film culture and industry of North Korea.  We hope to have Dr. Sebo at GSIS again to learn more about this fascinating topic!
